We are a long established and knowledgable business
happy to supply you with knitting materials and
associated products at realistic prices.
We offer advice on products and skills in a relaxed and encouraging style.
Our shop is packed to the roof with yarns, old and new,
and we can seek out that special item for you if it is available anywhere.
We have the fondest memories of the traditional "wool shops" of old. They were
places where customers were never hassled into making quick decisions,
and where staff always found time to chat.
We believe that selling knitting wools is a hands-on business in which the
poprietors are personally involved. It is hands-on in another way, too,
it should be a tactile experience in that cutomers have to be able to handle the wools
- so the whole shop layout lets YOU get intimate with the yarns
